To find your perfect fit, wrap a flexible measuring tape around your wrist and add 1-2cm depending on how loose you prefer your jewelry. Detailed sizing charts are available on each product page.
What materials are used in NOTCH® products?
We use premium, durable materials including marine-grade cord, luxury leather, and high-quality stainless steel or aluminum for our Notches to ensure longevity and style.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 7-14 business days. Tracking information is provided via email upon dispatch.
Can I add more Notches to my bracelet later?
Yes! Our unique split-ring design allows you to easily add new Notches to your existing bracelet as you achieve new milestones or collect new memories.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all non-personalized items. Please note that custom-engraved Notches are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Are NOTCH® bracelets waterproof?
While our stainless steel components and cord bracelets are highly water-resistant, we recommend removing leather items before swimming or showering to maintain the natural integrity of the material.
